Orders and returns

Pre-orders

• When a box is on pre-order, the ship date is shown on the product page, at checkout and on your order confirmation.
• We keep a box for you from the moment you order. We’ll SMS you when it ships.
• If printing or delivery is delayed, we’ll message you with the new date. You can then keep your order or cancel it for a full refund.
• Each order can include up to 3 of each box, and each mobile number can have one open order at a time. Need more? Contact us.

Payment

• Cash on delivery: pay the rider when your box arrives.
• Bank transfer: we SMS our account details after you order. Your box is confirmed once the transfer clears. If we don’t receive it within 3 days, we may cancel the order.

Delivery

We deliver islandwide. Delivery costs Rs. 400 and is free on orders over Rs. 5,000. Normal orders arrive in 3 to 5 working days. Pre-orders arrive 3 to 5 working days after the ship date.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time before your order ships. Message us with your order number. If you paid by bank transfer, we refund the full amount to your account within 7 working days.

Damaged or wrong items

If a book arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, message us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll send a replacement at no cost.
